- BLM announces an adoption in Corsicana Texas starting with a preview day on 2/14/08 through 2/16/08. Again we find that an adopter can apply and gain approval to load up a wild horse or burro the day of the adoption event without BLM personnel checking out the adopters facilities to determine if they meet the legal requirements.
